What is Perzik?
Perzik is an 18+ social platform where you can share more of yourself.
That can mean your face, your body, skin, nudity, spicy pictures, sexuality, vulnerability, art, or simply the pictures you don't feel comfortable posting on regular social media.
Nudity is allowed here. So is sexual expression.
But Perzik isn't a porn site, and it isn't a marketplace where everything revolves around selling access to yourself.
It's a social platform.
You make a profile. You share what you want to share. You follow people. You talk. You connect. You decide what you're comfortable seeing and what you'd rather filter out.
Why does Perzik exist?
Perzik exists because mainstream social media is uncomfortable with bodies, and most adult platforms turn nudity into porn, dating or selling content.
Because mainstream social media is incredibly uncomfortable with bodies and nudity. A nipple can get your picture removed while harassment stays online for days.
At the other end, there are plenty of adult platforms where nudity is allowed, but the context immediately becomes porn, dating, kink or selling content.
I wanted something in between.
A place where you can post a naked picture because you feel beautiful.
- Or sexy.
- Or because you like the photograph.
- Or because you're learning to look at your body differently.
- Or just because you fucking want to.
None of those things automatically mean you're looking for sex, attention or money.
Nudity is allowed. Boundaries still exist.
Yes. Nudity is allowed. Showing your body still doesn't give other people access to you.
This is probably the most important distinction.
- Someone showing you their body doesn't give you access to them.
- A sexy picture isn't an invitation.
- A nude profile isn't consent to sexual messages.
- And being attracted to someone doesn't mean they owe you interaction.
Perzik is being built around that idea.
Can you control what you see on Perzik?
Yes. Content can be labelled and filtered so you have more control over your own experience. Allowing something doesn't mean showing it to everyone.
Not everyone who is comfortable with nudity wants to see explicit sexual content.
That's completely reasonable.

The goal isn't to decide what everybody should be allowed to post.
It's to give people more control over what they personally want to see.
Is this the first Perzik?
No. An earlier version was built, run, and closed. Perzik 2.0 is being rebuilt around consent, privacy and moderation.
This isn't the first Perzik.
I built and ran an earlier version of the platform and eventually closed it down.
I learned a lot from it.
Especially that writing "respect consent" in the rules isn't enough when people have completely different understandings of what consent and boundaries actually mean.
So I'm rebuilding it.
This time, I'm thinking much more deeply about how consent, privacy, moderation and consequences can exist inside the product itself.
Perzik isn't finished.
But I know much better what I want it to become.
A place where you can show more of yourself without that automatically meaning other people get more access to you.
